On Thursday, October 11, 2018, in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Lazgin A. Jameel-President of the University of Zakho, vices of the president, deans of faculties and colleges, professors and students, and sponsors of the conference, the First International Conference on Advanced Science and Engineering (ICIASE 2018) concluded its activities.
In the beginning, a brief introduction to the conference was delivered by Dr. Subhi R. Mohammed then suggestions were taken from three scholars who participated in the conference. After that, the two company sponsors shared their perspectives and emphasized the academic role of the conference. It is worth mentioning that a session was specified to award certificates to IEEE members who supervised the conference. Then President of Dohuk Polytechnic University gifted the best three scholars the logo of the conference.
It is worthwhile to note that the first International Conference on Advanced Science and Engineering (ICIASE 2018) was jointly organized by the University of Zakho and Dohuk Polytechnic University, under the supervision of IEEE-Iraq Section.
